AI for speed. Humans for the parts that matter.
How it works:
Draft — AI produces an initial translation, giving us speed and terminology consistency across long or repetitive documents.
Legal/insurance review — A translator qualified in the relevant field (lawyer, underwriter, claims specialist) rewrites and corrects the draft against the source document.
Editorial check — A second, independent editor reviews for accuracy, tone and consistency, exactly as with our standard process.
Sign-off — Your project manager does a final check before the document is returned to you.
When this is the right fit:
Large volumes of similar documents (e.g. policy wordings, standard contracts)
Tight deadlines where a first-pass draft saves real time
Internal-review documents, where speed matters more than a fully bespoke translation
When we'd recommend fully human translation instead:
Documents going before a court or regulator
High-stakes negotiations where nuance carries legal weight
Anything requiring formal certification
No document leaves Linguistico without a qualified human translator's name against it. AI changes how fast we start, not accountability for the result.
